I.    Statement on Privacy. At YourPCA, Inc., we value and respect the importance of Your privacy. That’s why we strive to only send You emails and collect Your information when we think that doing so improves Your experience in using our services. II.    Personal Data Collection. We do not collect personal identifying information for Users who do not register on the site. When You register, We ask for information such as Your name, email address, or address. YourPCA, Inc. (“The Company” or “We” or “Our” or "YourPCA") collects and stores three different types of information from registered Users (“You” or “Your” or “Users”). We will collect and store: 1) Your name, 2) Your email address, 3) Your birth date, 4) Your gender, and 5) Your home address. We’ll use this information in the following ways:
a.    Your name and email address. We’ll need this information to do the following:
i.    To send relevant notifications to users about updates to our Terms of Use, our Services, and information related to job postings, offers, and other critical information for our Users.
ii.    If You agree to receive such emails, to send occasional promotional emails. 
iii.    To maintain and safeguard Users’ login information and to ensure proper login to our database.
At all times, Users will have the right to opt out of our email notifications or our promotional emails by unsubscribing from either of those email lists.
b.    Your home address. We’ll use this information:
i.    To locate nearby Caregivers for Clients.
ii.    To locate care jobs for Caregivers.
iii.    For pre-populating job postings with location data.
iv.    To display your city, state and zip code on your public user profile. 
a.    Your birth date and gender. We’ll use this information:
i.    For age identification purposes.
ii.    As part of your user profile.
III.    Personal Information. Only a select few of Our employees will ever see Your personal information. We only access this information to provide the services You want. In the event that we use contractors or vendors to help us in providing services, Your information will be disclosed to them only as necessary. 
IV.   Important Disclosures. We also reserve the right to disclose Your information to protect our rights, comply with state or federal laws, judicial proceedings, or a court order. We also reserve the right to share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.
V.    Use in the Event of Acquisition. We may transfer information about You if YourPCA is acquired by or merges with another company. In this event, YourPCA will notify You before information about You is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
VI.    Other Uses of Information. We may aggregate information on what pages Users access or visit and then collect information posted by Users. The information we collect will be used to improve the content of our web pages and the quality of our service, but no personal identifying will be shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes.
VII.    Warning. The Company will never ask You for Your personal information such as username, password, or email address in an unsolicited letter, call, or email. If You contact our customer service representative, we’ll only use Your personal information if necessary to fulfill a request by You. The information will not be recorded. 
VIII.    Email Policy. YourPCA sends personal customer service emails as well as promotional emails. We think all of Our emails are important, but You might disagree. You are required to receive emails regarding Your personal account as long as You are a registered User, but if You would like to stop receiving promotional emails You may do so clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the emails we use.
IX.    Cookies. Cookies are small text files that a website writes onto Your computer. Our affiliate sites use them to recognize You as a YourPCA User. They are required to use YourPCA. Cookies also identify You on Our site and keep You logged in while browsing. 
X.    Subject to Change. YourPCA may change its Privacy Policy at any time. If You have provided the Company with Your email address, the Company will send You a notification at least 15 days in advance of its implementation of any such change. If You have not provided the Company with Your email address, You should review this Agreement on a regular basis for updates.
